PLATINUM TENT SERIES

This is our performance range of dome tents in larger sizes ideally suited to weekend travellers, Australian families and those who want extra space.  Manufactured to the highest international standards using the best possible materials and features.  In this range you will find tents that suit couples who want the best quality features, as well as family groups who take extended family holidays of one week or more and want a tent that will last the distance.

CONSISTENT FEATURES IN THIS SERIES INCLUDE

  • Colour coded poles and clip in system for easy set up 
  • Mesh ventilation panels in opposite corners of the inner tent to maximise cool flowing air and reduce condensation
  • Adjustable webbing tension straps on the flysheet to tension the poles on the ring and pin system
  • New PVC ball on the base of all end ferrules on the fibreglass poles to stop the ferrules catching and tearing the pole sleeves
  • Heavy duty oxford polyester pole sleeves for added strength
  • Reinforced triangle guy rope tabs with webbing sewn through to the tent seam for added strength
  • Pre-attached hi-vis flouro guy ropes
  • Peg points on flysheet are reinforced with a triangle patch and bar tacking for added strength
  • PU heat taped seams
  • 3000mm PU coating on the flysheet
  • New registered square shape front vestibule design.  This increases the height in the front room, increases the usable headspace and creates a firmer and more visually attractive final shape to the front living area
  • Increased height to maximise usable head space
  • Two zip square shape side door entries on both sides
  • Power cord inlets 
  • Extra large mesh windows, front and rear doors.
  • Air vents on each side of the front vestibule to increase airflow and decrease condensation
  • Window and door zippers on the fly sewn in an extra double stitched seam protected by a storm flap.  This extra workmanship reduces the exposure of the zipper material in heavy rain reducing leakage through the zipper
  • Internal storage pockets
  • New full zip-out internal room dividers in the Drysdale series to create an internal space that is more versatile and flexible in its use
  • New unique "Roof Ridge Tensioning System" to reduce roof sag on the inner tent and increase usable head space (design registration pending)
  • Poles included for the front awning
  • Heavy-duty 12X12 PE woven floors.  All seams in the floor are PU coated.  Sewn in floor extension in the rear vestibule.  Front rooms all have full insect mesh screens and sewn in floors
  • Unique 3M reflective binding on guy rope points to reflect at night when looking with a torch 
  • New oxford polyester carry bag with three compartment design, giving a separate section for the flysheet, inner tent, and the poles and pegs making it easier to pack the tent away.
  • Tent care tips and warning sheet pre-sewn into the inside pocket giving customers important information on the best performance tips for their tent
  • Waterproof tent instructions sewn to the inside of the carry bag
  • Colour schemes are attractive and complimentary to blend with the natural outback colours of the Australian environment.
